It’s awesome all the type of roof tiles you install. Over here we just install concrete tile. Sometimes clay tile once a year. Wish I could of learn my 20 years of roofing out of El Paso Texas.

We have a great video coming out using the foam on a job down the street from this house
The foam is a really expensive extra cost about $1, 100.00 per kit
Many people cannot afford the upgrade
Look for our next up coming videos on cover that roof
Thanks for watching
Cheers

What are you using for your underlayment? Is that torch or peel and stick?

What kind of underlayment are you using on most jobs there in Southern California they look like a torch lay down layer there on your roof jobs. Do you have a recommendation that you prefer which materials to use for roof lifespan especially under clay roof tiles. I have a 4/12 roof pitch . I noticed that you use a lot of Boral clay tiles on your jobs. I like how you spend the extra time to lay everything out with the line marked out where the tiles lay down. Great videos you're posting.

for people who have shingles and want to upgrade to clay tile, doesn't
the roof requires reinforcement? Otherwise, can the roof handle the
weight

You have some good videos.... Why don't you use foam adhesives to lay the tile?

Somebody's roof is certainly a few tiles short.

Do you have any customers out there that have used the barrel tires on just the hip and ridges with either shingles or slate? I have here in Indiana on the front porch and garage and without the nail down strips either...
