Look for a open/close loop PID (setting) on your reader.
When closed loop is active you can then start checking fuel trims as this is when the ecu starts correcting.
The brake boost hose is a leak point on that side only so maybe disconnecting and blocking it off for a test will bring the trim down on that bank.
Don't assume it's an air leak as an O2 sensor can also mislead the ecu into messing with fuel trims and would also explain a single bank being effected.

Having a diagnostic reader is a must these days for the home mechanic.

Paul, considering a 2004 Boxster 2.7 liter 5 speed manual. Cars' been in the shop for weeks with motor problems, no idea what exactly but, it seems otherwise a great car. Hard top, 19" wheels, standard 5 speed, leather interior, etc. A bit high $14, 000 US dollars... Wondering your thoughts.
