Here's a summary of all the shortcuts assigned in this video:
A – Zoom out
S – Zoom in
D – Clear and Delete
F - Ripple Delete
Q – Step back
W – Step Forward
E – Shuttle slow right
R - Shuttle slow left
Z - Track select tool

Standard
C – cut cool
V – selection tool
Alt + command - Switch clips – (alt+control in video)
Hold alt – drag copy clips
Shift+cut - Cut down through all layers of clips

8yrs later and I come back to this video anytime I install premiere on a new device. After becoming so adapted to these shortcuts it blows my mind people edit without using them too. 8yrs later, thank you once again

1:55 A and S keys = zoom in and out
2:05 D and Delete key = Clear/Delete
2:45 F key = Ripple Delete
3:40 Q and W = Step Back and Step Forward respectively
4:25 E Key = Shuttle Slow Right (Speed up video)
5:24 Z Key = Track Select Tool
8:19 Alt + CTRL = Re-arrange clips

This is awesome! Thanks! However, I hope you've remapped the functions that were originally assigned to the Q and W keys because they're great. I just learned about them about a month ago. You can choose a clip in your timeline, find the moment in that clip where you want that clip to start, and then hit Q to ripple delete everything prior to where the playhead is in just that clip. Then, when you get to the point in that clip where you're ready for it to end, you can hit W to ripple delete the unwanted portion of the end of that clip. So, so useful.
If you want to remap it, it's called "Ripple Trim Previous Edit to Playhead" and "Ripple Trim Next Edit to Playhead"
