Just found your channel because I was googling “the best day trader setup” and it felt great to hear you confirm 3 stock focus with 2 standbys! Started in January of 2020 just trying to learn what I was looking at, and after 1 year 10 months, I focus on 3 with 2 standbys. I like your multi time period on your main stock, so thanks for the tip, because I was clicking tabs. Now, I am off to buy a nice multi screen with the motorized height desk! My current 4 screen set up is made from old monitors and old TVs….lol. Great video!!

We implemented the adjustable height work stations at my "job" a few yrs ago for the exact same reasons you described.
Even crazier is that since I started trading I said to self, " I need to be standing for this"
When they say think on your feet there is a serious reason behind it. We are sharper on our feet not out butts.

I am a day trader. Self taught. A stand up desk is a necessity. Clay is right. I use 1 27” monitor and it turned out to be enough to make ROI of 78% since January 2024 to date.

Another good video. I stand all day for my job and trading. A lot of the day I stand on one leg and have the other leg resting on a foam roller (standing on it's end) to stretch out my hamstrings! (plus i do other stretches). Currently making two screens work.
