I am a newish runner, 6'1" 145kgs. I just got a pair of the V4s after retiring my Clifton 9s, and they are amazing for my weight. As a heavy runner who pretty much doesn't run much faster than 9min/km, this is the only pair of running shoes you need. Not only are my feet feeling better, but my knees and lower back feel much better after a run. The protection is excellent and will have me running rurther and nore often. Ill definitely get the V5's next

I quit buying New Balance shoes 4 years ago, the More shoe I purchased 2.5 years ago had a too squishy heel. I purchased the V5 because of this video, could always return them. This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have experienced for Walking and wearing around all day.. I'm not going to run in any shoe. Better than Hoka's, better than any Skechers Performance shoe. 220 lbs. size 13M. Plenty of toe box room, the tongue doesn't slide around, no heel lifting. Perfect shoe for me.

Good to hear the upper is improved. The 4's tongue would get all bunched up and get uncomfortable in my pair. And holy smokes, that price! Total shot at the Bondi.

I have had this shoe for 2 weeks now and I love it, I also had the 4 which was no where near as much comfort so this is now my go to shoe even for casual and lifestyle type shoe it just feels like my feet are protected in Fort Knox of padding and the bounce even just walking is crazy good feeling on my feet. A SMACK out of the park in my opinion!

I can actually go faster at the end of a run in a MORE and I like the fact that they are heavier because that makes race all the more exciting and faster in a light racer! Keep up the great work guys!!!

For me as a heavyweight runner NB More v 5 is the best max cushion shoe. Very soft and comfortable. I like the thick foam in the forefoot. V 4 was also great. V 3 was too firm. I thought the Hoka Bondi was ok but also a little bit firm. I loved Nike Invincible v 1 and 2. V 3 didn't attract me to buy. A completely different shoe. I'm also curious about the coming Brooks Glycerin Max and Puma Magmax.

When I wear out my 1080s, definitely going to get these as my next max cushion shoe. Loved the More v4, so this sounds like a perfect recovery shoe for me.

Received my pair today and immediately took it out on an easy 7-mile run. It's really, really good. It's great. It's a noticeable improvement over the v4, which I still have and will continue to use as it probably has another 100 miles or so left on it. But I'll probably use it more for power walks than running now that I have the v5. The v5 is more cushioned while having a little more bounce with a smoother transition and turnover. It feels and rides faster than v4 and doesn't feel as clunky. With the More v4, I rarely wanted to go more than 5 miles with it but I feel like I can take the v5 on 10+ mile long runs albeit at an easy slow pace. The fit of the upper is better as well and it's really nice to have a gusseted tongue that the v4 lacked. I have a feeling that the v5 will get better and better with more miles once it breaks in and molds to my feet. It's plush, smooth, and actually fun, which isn't something you expect from a max-cushioned shoe like this.

V4 feels wider to me. I lined them up and v4 looks wider too. The tongue is so much better in the V5 and that was my only gripe with v4.

I think this NB More v5 might take over the ONs and Hokas as the airport shoe of the year for 2024-2025.
