I didn’t realize how much I took my physical ability for granted until I got injured and basically lost the use of my right foot. Now almost a year later I’m starting to find exercises that are accessible again and man, it really feels great getting back on the horse with physical activity. Things are definitely different now, but we’re getting better every day 🎉

True. I fell into my old habits again today. Like thinking about my fat, and body after eating sth. I felt so lost again and sad. I saw my old photos when I was slender and I felt the big gap between me and past me. I gained some pounds because of my health issue so it was out of my control so I felt more miserable. But I am happy that I am getting better when I eat sth. In the past, I felt so guilty when I had some sweets. But now I feel free. Still, there are some days, I feel I am so weak and sad but I am sure there is the light at the end of this tunnel. Thanks for reminding me of the precious things in our lives.:) ❤❤

People say money can't buy happiness, I disagree. Money bought my service dogs. I've had two service dogs that I owner trained, I'm training my 3rd now. Money paid for my puppy, his vet bills, and all of his supplies. He brings much joy into my life and next fall we will be going to college together. I can not live alone unless I have a service dog. My life depends on them completely. I would not be able to survive without one. My pup that is in training is a black standard poodle named Carlito, he is the most perfect puppy I've ever had. His training is going GREAT! He will be fully vaccinated by the end of July, then we will start group training classes! We will also compete in AKC obedience and rally. You might see us on TV some day if we are good enough!
