This newer way of handling auditions and the contestants (being way too "PC"), accepting people/acts that are not yet ready or worthy, is NOT beneficial to anyone, especially them (the contestants).

Criticism, Failure, Rejection and things of the like are NOT bad things!!! We need to stop treating a if they are. We need to adjust the way we think about these things, and see them for what they are/can be -> Truly powerful & necessary tools that help us learn, help us grow, help us be better, help us reach greatness!

I love how Simon Cowell looks away when a singer is performing and, JUST LISTENS!! Which shows he does not care how they look, which can, a lot of the time, takes away the real talent-the voice! He is bringing to AGT the concept of the other talent show "The Voice".This is a real professional at work!!
