Supro Tremolo (demo)

Demo of the Supro 1310 Tremolo pedal.

My take:
The Supro 1310 Tremolo is a simple, great sounding all-around tremolo pedal. It has 2 modes - amplitude (classic bias / amp tremolo tones) and harmonic (warbly / phasey modulation). The unique thing on this pedal is the GAIN knob - this is not a boost, but rather a saturation / distortion, keeping the output level constant. WIth this knob you can emulate a tremolo in an overdriving amp, and it sounds really gritty and aggressive. No brainer! Grab this one. So hot right now. :-)

Finally. Someone who understands that some of us would like to hear a little bit of the more subtel feelings of the effect. Thanks. I always like to use the side of the effect that is not so obvious. At least; At times. Thiis appears to beunique in that it gives an "amp" presence.

The trem flavour is really nice. And the added transducer adds some nice sparkly saturation without becoming overly bright.

This was a killer demo! Now I kind of regret selling mine; it was a but noisy for me. Maybe I'll try again at some point!

Still trying to decide between the Walrus Audio and the Supro. This one is somehow very appealing, just can’t put my finger on it. But the Walrus seems more flexible... decisions decisions...

got this pedal and I love the sound but unfortunately this is a pedal that only works with the cleanest of amps. the moment you introduce any type of breakup from the amp the pedal generates an annoying white noise, impossible to eliminate even when your guitar volume is on 0.

Do you find that it adds a layer of warmth? The way that a true tube powered tremelo warms up?
