In this video I am going to show you 7 useful FL Studio 20 tips, tricks and shortcuts in under one minute. This is a new format of a video called YouTube Short. I am going to be making my regular videos along with some shorts as well. It's mostly meant for mobile users. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in along with the regular content.

CTRL + LMB + Drag: Select notes by dragging over them
CTRL + L: Connect notes
CTRL + U: Quickly Chop Notes
ALT + U: Advanced Chop
CTRL + G: Glue notes together to create seamless chords
CTRL + B: Duplicate notes after the last note
Arpeggio: Creates simple melodies from your chords

If you don’t know your shortcut keys you’ve been missing out a lot! You save so much time and sometimes it can spark ideas and inspire something that you wouldn’t have done originally. Well bro it's been two years since you created this short, and I would like to mention the fact that we are so blessed to have this information available like this. I can watch 100 shorts in a row and learn a bunch of useful tips that I will actually remember (such as ctrl+b) and I don't even feel like I have started my study session yet. Something about the short format makes it easier to stay engaged for longer periods of time

Ctrl+ L connect notes fast
Ctrl +u one after another
(and you can control it)


Ctrl +alt +z undo

Ctrl+ g from to chords
Ctrl+ b duplicate notes "this one got me the most"
And finally for arpegios go the magnet icon on the left and select arpeggios
