"I have worked here for two years", the present perfect it means "maybe I still work here", it is "I have been working here for two years", present perfect continuous, that means 100% I still work here.

Thanks a million.
I know this rule, but I felt more confident when you explained it.

The two tenses are used to talk about something that happened in the past. But there is a different between both tenses 🎉

Dziękuję 🇵🇱 Agnieszko. Jestem Anglikiem i mówię po włosku. Mai non mi sono accorto questa differenza!

And isnt "I've been working here" the same? What's the difference? I'm confused now😅

I think the present perfect : I have worked here for 2 years.
means; Also the past, but the effect of this job still affects me eversince.
If Iam wrong, pls. Correct me.
And I think the tense is perfect continuos tense as
I have been working here for 2 years.

" i ve been working here for 2 years " i d rather say this way, it's my usual. " i ve worked here 2 years' i understand as already 2 years ' done' and still im working, same. But i d more likely to use present perfect cont. I dont know if it would make alteration in meaning.

I have worked here for 2 years or I have been working here for 2 years... What's the difference? Both shows something started in past and still going on..
