Planning a new Activity Timer Flutter app before we begin writing code.

In this video I lay out a use case for a new activity timer app with the brief of being "A simple countdown timer to grant children time for activities as rewards with suitable parental controls"

Planning out the scope of the app in advance should provide a little more structure and order to the creation of the app and hopefully save me from going down too many dead ends along the way.

Some planned interesting features to develop would be a parental passcode for allowing the ability to pause or end a timer, spoken text to speech warnings that the time is almost up and time credits for non-strict reward times where the child might have saved up credits to extend the timer out.
