Over 45 million Americans are living in poverty, 15 million more since the year 2000. An increase of nearly 50 percent in the new century, which is defined as having an income below the poverty threshold. The poverty threshold varies by family size and composition, but for a family of four, it was set at $26,500 in 2020. Poverty is not just an issue of income, but also affects access to basic needs such as food, housing, and healthcare.

About 11% of the federal budget, or $665 billion goes to economic security programs every year. Child poverty alone is estimated to cost the U.S. over $1 trillion based on the latest research. So how did poverty become such a big issue in the U.S. and why is it so difficult to end it?

Here's how you do it :
Designate an area.
Refurbish sea cans into massive apartment buildings .
Give 1000$ month using mortgage backed security on the towers .
400$ rent goes back . &Gov becomes landlord .
The project pays for itself .
