Oh gawd that was a hard listen this morning. Even worse seeing it. Condolences Chris, pets are a massive part of the family. And it's such a tough one as not everyone gets it!

The journey that Chris has been on over the last few years from being totally disinterested in getting cats to being absolutely devastated and heartbroken now Chewie is gone is a testament to the magical transformation that having a pet can have on a person. They become totally part of the family and it’s really, really tough to say goodbye. Especially when that goodbye is so sudden.
Love to you all Chris, Tiff and Leia. You’ll get through it.

Both my daughter and I cried watching the first 30 minutes of your show this morning RIP Chewy. So sad that it all happened so quickly. Well done Chris for holding it together pretty well considering. You've got a great team supporting you.

Deepest sympathies, My cats were family, all three played a massive part in mine and my whole family when they were around, 2 had cancer and one had F.A.T.E. Coming from a medical family you hear those words and you think you can cope and understand but the loss hits you deeply more than you expect
