Christmas 2000, Me and my gf had no money to eat since yesterday night. And it was quite a dry day for a steeet musician like we did. Being far away from home and having such a hard time, Suddenly I remember my mom back in my home country. And then I started singing this song with my gf. Then this middle-aged lady tipped us $300.
I can still feel the joy that we had until now. Unfortunately, my wife couldn't hear our daughter sang this song at her school festival because she passed away in 2003.
Hearing this song brought a lot of memories for me.
