Wait...if you have an Nvidia card you can remove noise cancellation? Or is it still built into the headset even if you turn it off.

Fix your damn software. Or hire some new devs. For the love of god. Connectivity issues are insane. Fix your side tone for your hs80 too. The fact that one of your articles to fix “side tone unresponsiveness” requires the user themselves to edit a file in your own program speaks volumes.

Why will my headset not connect?
It connected the first time. Since when I turn on the USB piece does not Blink red. The headset will Blink blue red than go blinking blue. I have I as my default. Makes no sense. Can someone please help

I cannot use the NVIDIA broadcast with iCue even tho I have a geforce RTX 4060, iCue says I dont have it

Mine is not letting me use the equalizer settings where I can turn on my microphone I'm so confused and need help on this my microphone is not working I know it works I'm just very confused on how to activate it

I've had mine for about for about 2 weeks now it's a good I went for the White but the accessories that come with it are black which is really annoying considering sell a white dongle I want to purchase my mouse and keyboard they both come with a white it's just a strange decision on their end.

Can anyone tell me if sidetone is working with their HS80 Max? On mine it is VERY low, I have to put the mix like 1mm away from my mouth to hear any feedback. It seems that there is huge majority saying it doesn't work online, but not sure if the lot of us all got defective products.

Complete trash. Keeps randomly disconnecting from iCUE, and then reverts to a base level EQ setting that sounds terrible. I have to restart iCUE every disconnect about every 5 minutes.

ICUE is garbage. Every time I restart or even sleep my pc I have to reimport my profile for lighting.
