Ange doesn't care about the level of the opposition or the status of the competition his central approach doesn't change.The team always knows what the plan and the system is. This takes the pressure off the players so that they can feel able to play those risky passes in the opponents half.

Ange has taken Celtic so far in what is a short time. He has assembled a young talented squad that genuinely excites & there is something very special about it all. Tomorrow will be a tough test but if they all play to the best of their abilities anything is possible. This is the most talented & exciting I've seen Celtic in my 50 years. Look I know he is only in his second season here but in my opinion he is up there with the greatest managers in our history.
The way he has turned our club around and the way he has done it is nothing short of spectacular. Add to that the man he is.
