The Canucks are pretty bad yes, but people underestimate just how important Tanev is. He is an elite defenceman in hi own regard and being a right handed potential top paring d-man in his prime, if Vancouver wanted to we could get something huge back for him so don't forget that. Also we have Jordan Subban (RH), Erik Gudbranson (RH) and Nikita Trymkin (RH). All four guys will or already are playing for the Canucks and our d core will only get better from there. Remember Olli Juolevi and Troy Stecher? And our d core isn't so bad, is it.

You must really hate the Canucks to give them that bad of a review. "Mediocre goaltenders"? Yeah Miller isn't the greatest but Markstrom is pretty good. "Aging twins as their best players"? Point wise yes, but guys like Horvat, Hutton, Virtanen, Baertschi, etc. are great young players who will only get better. Plus their prospect pool is great with players like Subban, Stecher, Demko, Boeser, Juolevi, zhukenov and so on. "Burrows who is making 5 mil a year" He kind of earned it from how good he was back in 2009-2013 and that contract is up this year so that argument is invalid. Also, Tanev is a great defensive defenseman. Sorry he can't celly like Subban and then turn the puck over in his own zone.

Predators are very underrated. Predators are better than the Stars (who have no goaltending and lost 2 Top 4 defensemen) and Blues (No Backes or Elliott now) and if Rinne shows up they can be up with one of the better teams in the NHL. Overall great video though!
