Beveled edges make everything better!

I love beveled edges on books, too! The Shatter me books have those and I think it makes them more special. I don't know why, haha. Maybe it's cuz the beveled edges give it a classic feel. Like I'm holding something one of a kind or priceless when I read.

I really want to read A Darker Shade of Magic when it comes out. It sounds really good and I've enjoyed everything else by her. This month I hauled a lot of books by African authors for the Continent Readathon which starts on Sunday.

Half Bad is definitely an interesting read! Go into it open-minded because the second one coming out in March is 10x better!

On Netgalley they had the first 150 Pages to preview so Im going to go tease myself with that until Im able to buy the book.

I'm really Looking forward to Half Wild, I think I need to reread Half Bad just so I can get back to the world for a little bit Lol

A Darker Shade of Magic sounds sosososo good Aaahhhh I've only ever heard amazing things about books by Victoria Schwab!!!
And I'm looking forward to seeing what you have to say about Illusive because I've almost picked it up many times hahahaha I'll just have to get it at some point xD
