I've had my gallbladder removed and a c-section so this is probably would not that bad for me but I'm anxious watching this video like put the binding bk on.

I did not know they cut people open! OH hell no! I will run for an hour then hit the gym and completely give up sweets and fast food before any knife comes near me! Ouch girl. I hope you heal 100%.

The problem was that she was placing the sanitary pad on backward. The absorbent side was next to her garment instead of next to her wounds.
