The family of Jason Jenkins, 18, an employee who was murdered in a stabbing attack inside a Rockford Walmart store on March 24th, is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the company.

Walmart didn't do it and it happened suddenly, this can happen anywhere. They should be mad at the murderer, not try and make some big payout because it's Walmart, I don't believe in people getting rich this way or even a lot of money. The thought of getting excessive money put of a murder is disgusting to me, they should be thinking of who their son was and relish the time they had with him, not blame an employer because someone dangerous took one of their items and killed him with it. They have to sell cutlery, it's a shame this happened, but it's not yhe store's fault.
