Where do we go from here?

Tuning : E A D G G# D# (Thanks Gaëtan Guérin and Momo)

1st chord : 0*7*9*9*0*0
Picking pattern : 12413 (Thumb = 1, pinky =5)
Alternate the bass between 1st and 2nd string

2nd chord : 0*0*11*13*0*0
Bend the 13 all the way down.
You can even "cheat" a bit by using your pinky on the 14th fret to reach that final highest note.

Then comes a bend variation that I haven't identified yet.
I'm just an amateur rythmic guitarist.
I'll add the end when I'll have figured it out.

Chords for the chorus :

G# but not barred all the way, only the 1st string (bass)
F# barred all the way on the 2nd fret
E

Repeat once, and then...

B but not barred all the way, only the 1st string (bass)
A barred all the way on the 5th fret

Repeat whole sequence from G#

Anyone have any tips on how to play this song without the weird tuning, so the strings don’t break? Wanna keep it as standard/flat as possible.
