For anyone interested, I typed up a list of all the phrases mentioned in the video and thought I'd share it.

5 Phrases to make you sound like a pro
確かに（たしかに）– true/indeed
適当に（てきとうに） – half heartedly/ without much mare
とり合図（とりあいず） – in the meant time/ anyway
そういえば – speaking of which, now that you mention it
了解です（りょうかいです） – roger!

Must-know expressions for agreeing and disagreeing
賛成できます（さんせいできます） – I agree
賛成できません（さんせいできません） – I don’t agree
いいねえ – Sounds good!
間違いありません（まちがいありません） – No doubt about it
その通りです （そのとおりです）– Exactly
– I was just going to say that
それは違います （それはまちがいます）– You’re wrong
多分ね （たぶんね）– Maybe
