Classics galore at the Oulton Park Gold Cup! Old car action on and off track

Today's video features classic cars galore at the 2022 Oulton Park Gold Cup. This year's Gold Cup saw a plethora of historic racing cars from vintage single seaters to crazy Modsports saloons including Gerry Marshall's Baby Bertha Firenza Touring Car.
All sorts of wonderful classic cars attended this meeting and this video covers on-track and off-track action, including an in-depth look around the classic car section.
During the qualifying sessions for the races in the afternoon I walked around and talked about the cars on sale at a classic car auction taking place the next day, the astronomical prices of Ford Sierras taking me by surprise!
As I'm sure you can tell from the - ahem - considerable length of this video it has taken me a long time to edit this particular upload. It could have been so much longer as well, but I decided to be a bit 'brutal' and only putting in the best of the best - I hope you'll like it!

And following the TVRs is a red brick, no its a Volvo. I had a white Volvo 740 sedan with brown leather interior. I called it the show box. Great video as usual. 👍

Its funny seeing junk we use to pay £500 for in the 80s being bulled up so much, gooey eyed over Renault 5 rot boxs., terrible "leaning ove"r junk with its crap torsion bar suspension, ....get a 3000 GXL Granada, 😁 proper usable thing. LOL
