Here's my opinion. Manifest who you want, but the minute someone starts getting comfortable with disrespecting you, is when you stop. Nobody who has treated you like crap and who is behaving narcissistically deserves your attention or love. Manifesting someone who is on the other end of a trauma bond is NOT going to work or end well. Only Manifest those who are truly worthy of your love and don't be afraid to let go of those who aren't. And to do that, you must learn to love yourself first and be strong enough not be swayed away from self love by anybody
