My PMDD was so bad that I was put on pain narcotics at the tender age of 14 years. We’re talking HEMORRHAGING for 8 continuous days and cramps so damn bad that it legit felt like I was about to push a baby out my hoohaw (I’ve had 3 kids so yes I clearly know what that feels like). One OB/GYN wanted me to have a Hysterectomy at the age of 28 after having me try every single birth control med on the planet to try and regulate my periods but nothing worked (I have him the finger). Wound up having an emergency hysterectomy back in 2012 anyway because the inside of my uterus decided to try and freaking kill me. Literally. Went to go pee, wiped, looked down at the toilet tissue, and there was what looked like a half piece of raw bacon. The lining of my uterus grew into the uterus itself, calcified, then my uterus started to fall to pieces because it was dying and was literally falling out of me through (you guessed it) my hoohaw. And that surgery was done tunneling up the ol’ vaheen and the surgeon ended up accidentally slicing open my bladder in the process leaving me with a damn catheter for 2 weeks. THAT got clogged and I had no choice but to do what I had to and take it out on day 12 because my bladder was going to rupture if I didn’t. At the time I lived out in the boonies and an ambulance wouldn’t have gotten to me in time. Took a safety pin, pushed the little white button to release the saline within the balloon that was inside me that held the catheter in place and it came right out. Had to sit on the toilet for a good 10 minutes (not even close to kidding) until I stopped peeing.
