From Differential Equation to State Space Equations [2 Examples]

This is a control Systems Lecture. The video explains how to convert a differential equation to a set of state-space equations. In one of the previous videos, I explained the process of going from a differential equation to a state-space equation and in this video I am showing two examples to demonstrate and make it clear. The main thing which we need to do is to find the elements of the state matrices A, B, C and D from the given differential equation. We will first identify how many inputs and outputs do we have. In our examples, we are taking single input and single output control systems.
