In this episode of Games Central, Lauren Smith recaps the Reykjavik International Games — a multi-sport competition that included CrossFit for the first time this year. Smith highlights performances from members of Annie Thorisdottir’s affiliate team, and more.

Recently, former president of Loud And Live Sports Matt O’Keefe announced he is stepping down and joining HWPO with Mat Fraser.

In season updates, CrossFit will program two events for the Semifinals and an extra day of competition has been added to Games week. The finals in Madison, Wisconsin, will now take place Wednesday-Sunday, Aug. 3-7.
