I AM The Freeman teaser 2

After a long time, here is a new trailer.
It just to show you that I didn't give up on the project and it's still ongoing, but it's still a long way before I will release the final trailer.
Again, this is fan made, it's almost a one man job, even if I have to thank many friends for their support and help.

I'm all for letting the makers of this fan film making Freeman have a voice, but I kind of wish it was Ross Scott voicing him.

I randomly remembered this. In 2016 I sent and E-mail to the creator (about how is it going, when will it be ready etc)
Here is the response: (2016 june)

"Sadly I've stopped working on "I am the Freeman" project a while ago, mostly because of my very scarce spare time, due to the fact I'm extremely busy with my job.
Also I realize that technically was becoming quite obsolete compared with most of the stuff you can see around these days therefore loosing a lot of my initial enthusiasm.
I'm trying to move on other stuff whenever I can, I might come up with a new project, but I'm getting older (LOL) and I really have very little free time to dedicate to my personal projects, so I can't guarantee anything at this stage."

I must say, i'm aware that i'm 6 years late.But you improved alot (since i saw the first trailer) and it's AMAZING. Good luck, i don't know if this is still an ongoing project, but i'm amazed! It's incredible that you're the only one doing this. And honestly, it's the first time i dont feel ''weird'' by seeing gordon freeman talking, as it looks good..

I think most people don't want Gordon to have a voice is because well we are him we make up how he sounds and acts and his personality. He is silent in game so we can let our imagination do the work and when someone decides to give Gordon a voice and a personality it usually doesn't match the voice or personality that we gave  him and that makes us  upset. All though if you are going to give him a voice Ross Scott really is a good choice.

I've just noticed, and I'm asking: After seeing the cremator I'm wondering if this movie is a recreation of the original HL2 Beta storyline combined with the final HL2 storyline or if it was just added there as an easter egg or something?

I for one like the new models and Gordon's voice, but Ross Scott is always the voice I have in mind when I think of Freeman talking.
