We spent five days exploring the beautiful region of Puglia, where we visited Lecce and Brindisi. Lecce is a historical gem known for its stunning Baroque architecture and vibrant culture. Brindisi is a charming port city with rich maritime traditions and historic monuments.

Brindisi is also a popular entry point for many travelers flying into Puglia, as it is home to the region's main airport. Many visitors choose to rent a car, making it easier to explore the surrounding areas and discover Puglia's hidden treasures and paradisiacal beach. As we didn't rent a car, getting around was a bit challenging. However, we managed to make it work using taxis and public transportation to visit the beach and travel between cities. That said, I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to explore more of Puglia's stunning landscapes and beaches.
