Lyrics:
Is this a nightmare?
Say it’s all a dream
Tell me in the morning you’ll be here with me

I live and pray
Just show me where to kneel
Anything to try to numb this pain I feel

Gone too soon
But you made one hell of a exit
The world ain’t the same since you left it

Like a shooting star across the sky
In a second you were gone
When the stars align they’re twice as bright
Only burn for half as long
Then it’s gone

I like to think you finally found some peace
And wherever you are, just save a seat for me
I’ll be right there (when my time comes)
So pour a drink (cause I’ll need one)
We’ll raise some hell up in heaven

People think I’m talking to myself
But I’m talking to you
On the nights that I get lost
I’m thinking what would you do
Always said if I made it
I’d make it with you
Only one person on the stage now
But it feels like, feels like two

Then it’s gone

If this touches the fans, imagine how it felt for Danny to sing this everytime and trying to withstand his emotions. He had done a great job with the band! You're all awesome! RIP Mark!

This is one of the best songs made in the mid-2020s. Most of the songs from mid-2020s are trash so I'm very glad that someone is still producing good songs. They should use songs like this on the radio channels instead of trash songs. First, I thought this song was from the mid-2010s.

What a beautiful song, just saw the boys in Chicago last Friday night. We opened up our hearts to Danny, Glen and the band in return they took us on a night of incredible music that I will always cherish and remember.

Absolutely stunning song perfectly written in Mark's memory. He would be incredibly proud of you both and the way you have carried on - because you have to and you know that's what he would have done and would have wanted you to do. The fans need you in their lives - I need you in my life. Your songs are so beautifully written and so real - you feel the emotion when you sing because you have been through it. This song also reminds me of my husband who passed away in 2018 from cancer aged 47. He loved you too and always came to watch you with me many times. He was an amazing man and also taken far too soon and I will miss him forever ❤️. He even sang a few of your songs on the karaoke! And I've tried since! RIP Mark - you were adored by all your fans and will never be forgotten 😘❤️ xx
