India ready for election: any party will need at least 36 seats

Voters in India’s capital, Delhi, have started to elect a new state government, and it’s increasingly looking like a two-horse contest between the ruling national Bharatiya Janata Party and the Aam Aadmi Party. Surveys ahead of the vote show definite momentum building towards the AAP. But any party will need at least 36 seats to form a government in Delhi.
