She wraps this up so well. How to tell a story a thousand pages long in just a few sentences. I love Mary's work.

You also had to dehumanize the unborn child.

Using Puerto Rico as a testing grounds for “The Pill” in the US… look it up… horror.

My ex told me since she took the pill she become more beautiful, her skin is better, no more pain and the mess from period. It’s convenient that what she said. I really think there’s a big problem with us human nowadays. They all only want to have fun and enjoy a comfortable life till they die. It seems they have totally forgotten we have responsibilities as a human being.

The Church predicted the cultural fallout of this type of "feminism" and has been incessantly mocked for it for about a century. Now, it is becoming intellectually fashionable to discuss only after the obviously negative effects have taken root.

And now those hormones are present in almost all municipal water supplies

The creation and widespread distribution and use of the pill is perhaps the most significant change in the history of homo sapiens - at least for social norms.

That's what's really the core of the abortion issue- should we allow abortion for the purpose of birth control?

The thing is... This requires both a man AND a woman... Both meet one night and know very well what they're doing, and so do they know the potential consequences.
This entire topic is about women who are trying to avoid responsibility for their actions with the excuse of "my body, my decision".

The great problem about the " hormonell pill" is that you aren't able to " smell '" your partner. I believe today that is the most important reason why so many marriages are getting divorced.
Today the young girls take the advice from their gynecologist that you are getting strong hair, clean skin and low weight for taking IT. " Hurra" for the pharmaindustry.
Feel so sorry for the young woman.
My husband and I stay together since ' 86.
Our life was'nt a rose garden. Just circumstances in our environment.
But WE are going through this.
Feel so sorry for the young peoples...
Greetings from Germany, Kerstin ❤

And freedom is winning over care with MAID - and having seen relatives while I was working in Residential Care of the elderly, I am seriously concerned that MAID is being tricked up as a right under Social Justice.

My girlfriend told me she was on birth control, but it wasn’t true.
Turns out she’s dyslexic and got a DUI.

My daughter went on birth control to regulate her abnormal period when she was 12. Now, at 23 she has chosen to come off bc and her period is regular. She finds she is happier, less anxious, less depressed, less angry, less irritable and has a more positive outlook on life.

Haven’t listened, but saw the headline and yes, that is very true

The sexual revolution did not start in the free-loving 1960s as is commonly thought, It began with the “silent generation” of the 1940s and ‘50s.

After 15 years of Depression and war, there was also a desire on the part of Americans to live in the moment and enjoy life, and they were accordingly less likely to defer to traditional restraints on their behavior.”
According to research, the sexual revolution actually began during World War II, which had a great liberalizing effect on values, affecting everything from child-rearing to religion.
For example, the proportion of the population that considered alcoholism a disease rather than a moral failing increased from 6 percent in 1944 to more than 60 percent in 1954 and this was all before the pill.

The fact is U.S. Census Bureau statistics on premarital pregnancy and vital statistics on single motherhood between 1940 and 1960 point to the unexpected conclusion that there was much more sexual activity during those decades than Americans were willing to admit.

So my thing is I have a feeling the reason people in the 19th century wouldn't have agreed as much is because one it wasnt as common back then, but also all the backlash if you did have one. It wasn't talked about like a lot of things, but everything's coming out just like anything else that wasnt as talked about.

And we were doomed from that moment on.

Dehumanising the woman too, but she don't know or don't care. "Women using hormonal birth control tend to hate masculine men"
