Emma's Recipe:
- 280 g of All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 3 tbsp flour)
- 40 g Sugar ( 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 120 g Whole Milk ( 1/2 cup )
- 40 g melted Butter ( 1/3 stick )
- 7 g Dry Yeast ( 1 packet )
