if i play stretched my clips are stretched but if i turn 1920x1080 on, i see the black bars

Hello everyone I'm not sure if anyone is still looking for a solution so i thought I'd tell you mine.
i discovered this by accident because i kept changing my resolution in game whenever i had a bad match.
so what you should try is open cs, switch to 16:9, start the instant replay feature, switch to 4:3
and you should be good.
it's a little bit of a pain in the ass but hey, it works at least
