What is the maximum temperature? Can I shallow or deep fry with this pot?

This slow cooker doesn’t have a high or a low setting so if I’m following a slow cooker recipe what pressure setting should I assume I’m setting it at on this

This doesn't really tell me what the product can do. And based on the comments, there isn't even a clear release date. This video isn't very helpful, IMHO.
