That darn castle lightning gets me EVERY time, in person, on video, doesn’t matter, without fail. It’s the part where the music swells that the tears just cannot be contained!

We waited over 2 and a half hours for Small World! They did give us a free lightning lane after for waiting so that was nice. They shut the line down shortly after we got there so lucky to have even gotten on!

I am right there with you about the snow. I’ve seen it so many times over the years but every time it still makes me tear up. I tell everybody that no matter how old I get Disneyland is still such a magical place to me. Especially at Christmas time. It’s so beautiful and they make it so incredibly special even if it’s the same Disneyland, the same parade, the same fireworks, the same snow you’ve seen countless times. It’s just as special every time. Went on Sunday for the first time at this holiday season and it was so amazing. It just warmed my heart so much. My daughter and I also watched viva navidad at California adventure for the first time ever because it was starting in 10 min and you raved about it so much and said it was so great and even though she didn’t wanna watch I told her we were going to stay anyway, and she left saying it is now her favorite Christmas show or parade.

Happy holidays! I saw you and Liz on Main Street following the tree lighting. You both had big smiles on your faces. It was a magical day filled with lots of positive energy and excitement.

I was there with my kids this day also and it was a rough time. We did enjoy ourselves, but every ride we went on broke down and it was hard to see the decorations through the mass of people. We're going back today for Dapper Day hoping it'll be better.

So nice- especially the snow after the fireworks. We’ll be there in a few days and I plan to watch fireworks from Main Street so I can see projections on the storefronts and will soak up the vibes as the snow falls afterwards.

Thank you for showcasing yet another special day at Disneyland that I will never in my life attend in person because the park has gotten so obnoxious and overcrowded over the years that I can barely stomach it. I especially love how everyone is dressed for winter even though it’s still roughly 80° in Southern California.

It is crazy to me that the parade hasn't changed! I still have pictures from when I saw it as a kid.
I also remember when they first had the snow machines, I think it was after the fireworks. It was just pure magic for someone who had never seen snow fall. 33:41 I am tearing up remembering that feeling and just staying with everyone.
