For those wanting a story, here’s the best I got.
So kenneka was drinking with friends, later got drunk and is thought to accidentally lock herself up in the freezer. They say it was a freak accident but family and friends say otherwise. They did a autopsy on her and said she had indeed drink alcohol and also had epilepsy/migraine medication in her system.

Imagine walking through a hallway like that, alone, barely conscious, vision blurred, nearly falling to the floor. Extremely unsettling.

Kenneka was at a party in a hotel with some friends when she attempted to walk back to her room, visibly intoxicated. The next day Kenneka was not in her room and was not answering her phone, she was soon found in an industrial walk in freezer in the kitchen with her top pulled up (exposing her chest), her trousers and underwear shifted down and black trash bag on her nail, deceased. Kennekas mother, terrified as to why her daughter was not answering texts or calls, went to the hotel to question them on where she was. Staff denied Kennekas mother entry to the hotel, did not tell her where Kennekas room was, and did not allow her to view the security footage. The security footage reached the public before it reached Kennekas mother, it showed Kenneka stumbling back to her room, going through the kitchen where she reached a blind spot behind a wall. Moments later, a worker appeared out from the blind spot wheeling a black trash bag towards the freezer (as seen by the direction he was walking but this footage was never published) the black trash bag was never recovered. Kennekas mother went to police and tried to tell them she believed her daughter had been attacked, the police refused to investigate.

Police said they believed the drunk Kenneka found her way to the kitchen (as seen on camera) and accidentally got into one of the industrial freezers (physically impossible) unable to get herself back out where she froze to death, the case was then closed.
There were several inconsistencies in the conclusion
-police never official started an investigation
-the footage from the kitchen was never shown and therefore never reviewed
-no suspects nor Kennekas friends were interrogated
-rooms were not checked
-Kenneka was obviously heavily intoxicated, it would have been impossible for her to push the door of the industrial freezer open, even if she wasn't drunk she wouldn't have been able to
-if she was able to get in why couldn't she get out
-her clothes were rugged, her body showed signs of SA
-the black trash bag attached to her nail was attached in such a way that it looked like the had scratched her way out of a bag (pictures of this are on Google)
-Nobody was permitted to see the body, not even Kennekas mother
-as seen in pictures you can find online, half of Kennekas jacket from her back had been ripped off

There were several other worries and ways the case was poorly handled

To this day Kennekas case has not been reopened and nobody has been punished for it

Many people believe this was due to racism, stereotyping the life of teens and laziness on the polices end
