Im an animator myself in case your wondering why some frames look distorted just like that its because of a thing a called smear frame, you see a smear frame is one of the 12 principles of animation.
Smear frames is used at fast movements giving it a lively and bouncy effect and will not just look bland and boring, theres different kinds of smears.

Its basically when you move your arms and legs in a crappy phone camera where you see blurred after images of your arms and legs
