This long term review of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is just about ripe and ready! I purchased this new Samsung Galaxy Tablet S4 last year and it's been a solid performer! The battery, gaming, screen and DeX have all be superb but there are some things that I still don't like about this tablet.

finally someone who uses screen protectors.. i just bought this tablet used for $200 canadian but they didnt even have a case with it.. after all this time it doesnt have any scratches but idk how people can buy these premium devices and not protect them then try to sell them scratched up.. its a shame.

Hi. In your opinion which one way of playing emulator games you think is better in terms of simplified, straightforward way of installing games, connecting a controller and playing them on a device with no complicated settings to change: a PC or an Android device? How about the Tab S5e. Newer but slightly weaker processor. Do you think it's also a good tablet for emulators? Or the older but more powerful Tab S4 is sufficient enough?

What's really sick is its hella better than the just released Galaxy Tab s5e. S Pen, faster processor, headphone Jack, better graphics processor. Can be found now for mid $400! That's $50 or so more than Galaxy Tab S5E that was just released. Oh yeah, no wifi drop problem. I mean, it's a no brainer for Android fans. Tab S4 now running Android 9 Pie confirmed. It's all happening on my Tab S4 now!

Has been updated to Android 9.0 in May 2019. The tablet flies with the new OS and I´m loving the new dark theme!

I bought a 256gb Tab S4 6 months ago to replace my dead iPad Air 2, it is an amazing tablet. But I want the Pie update with One UI.. ;_; I live in France where's the update is already here, but I have a US model since the 256gb model isn't available in France.

What I like the most on the tablet is the fact that there is no throttling. The heatpipe is very very big, it does cool down the 835 very well.

I just bought this tablet. Upgrade from the tab S2. I'm very happy with the upgrade. Ur reviews on this tablet encouraged the upgrade. But was it necessary, no lol.

I just picked up the 64 gigabyte version at Best Buy with the edu coupon got it for $459 shipped. Now that's a deal!!!

Since the One UI has rolled out it might be worth considering reviewing it again as it is much better now. For instance, you can now link Icon earbuds to the device which you couldn't do before. Also the addition of a night theme. I've found myself using the device a hell of a lot more in the last week.

I honestly didn't think it would be a good tablet as I already have 2 iPads one is a pro. But I pulled the trigger and bought it and geez this thing is awesome! The tab s4 set the standard for Android tablets. But it took them long enough

I still love my Tab S4. I have the LTE model and have been using it since last fall. I also have the keyboard from Samsung. Dex works great to create a PC like expereince. I would have liked to see 6 GB Ram and a fingerprint scanner on the side, but other than those minor items it is an awesome device. For me it is much more productive than my old iPad Pro 9.7.

What Should I get please, S5e or S4, I really like the S4 but S5e is new which means it can go up to Android 10 and up, Does S4 have a disadvantage because of the Operating System?

It's been over three years now since I bought it and still have this amazing productivity tablet. I think it's going to keep being my main device for running the business on the go this year again. By the way, I'm running Nova Launcher 7 on my Tab S4 and it has brought a new life to the device with a better performance.
