Avslut - Deceptis (drum cover) | Sebastian Lundström

I'm celebrating 10 years of drumming! This is by far my favorite track on the album and I've been practicing this song on and off for probably 2-3 years now, so it feels great to finally record it, and especially for my anniversary.

The biggest challenge has been to try to keep everything tight at a somewhat slower tempo (220 bpm) without that many fills to give pause. For this song I'm trying to bring back my left hand French grip, since I somehow lost it a couple of years ago. Weird. But practicing it at this tempo felt great, so I'm trying to re-introduce it at higher tempos as well.
