What is the best spiritual practice? One to rule them all ? What if it is not practice ?
When you do practice you need the one who is practicing, you need center or ego. The more you practice the more your ego, center becomes stronger. So how can you be free from ego if you are building it all the time ?
Let us now inquire together and find out.

Infinite Love.

THANK YOU FOR INQUIRING.

Yes, come from relaxed attention and emptiness, see and hear with clear heart, so new here in the moment.
Deep thanks, Infinite Love… ❤😊

This pointing was fairly explosive, truly in the best of ways, to the ego. Shattering. Speechless except to say deepest appreciation for this pointy observation and the point that one must test it (all) for one('s) Self. Infinite Love.

Thank you so much. There is always different ways to look at meditation. Your approach is very insightful. 👍❤❤❤❤

Observer is observed. 3 ways that one can understand this come into mind. Firstly observer feels one with whatever is observed and then fear dissappears because there is oness. Secondly when one starts observing theres the observer which is the character (past, karma). Therefore all those patterns needs to be also just observed.
Thirdly when one observes thoughts, feelings or whatever finally awareness doesnt have anything to attend but itself.

Yes, though you can observe word coca-cola also

You get a practice in order to drop it. Meditation is not a practice, its destination.

Thanks for the Video. I would love to hear your opinion about eckart tolle or thich naht hanh, because both teach ways to calm the mind. Eckart tolle says put your attention into the inner body for example. But this is not real peace because you are focusing right? So i not understand why an enlightend being, like he claims to be, teaches practices where you have to focus and put everything aside? Thx for answering

So attention is without any effort? But now i see that i am trying to be more attentive, so its still the i who tries to improve itself right? So i am still stuck with the I. Or what is the difference between awareness and practise? So you cant practise awareness? So there is no skill?
