As an ex-communicated mormon, I have always loved and respect Dan. He just loves. Loves people. I came out as Bisexual at 16 and my church came to me and said I needed to go to a behavioral school. It can be a very hurtful community.

Thank you! As a flamboyant minor who was molested and told by adults to act masculine to avoid abuses, this is healing. I wore that masculine mask and questioned if the abuse was the root cause of my feelings for men dissociating to that young memory making me confused. now that I recall, I had always have a feminine side, the abuse has caused me to hide in the closet. I wish people would celebrate young people now and condone sexual abuses regardless of their expression and not fail kids like me back in the days where victims are shamed.
