Fleeing persecution in Spain, Sephardic Jews found a new home in the Balkans. Five centuries later, the small community of Bulgarian Jews is still going strong.

A new book, 'Bulgarian Jews: Living History,’ by Clive Leviev-Sawyer and Imanuel Marcus, and published by the Organization of the Jews in Bulgaria "Shalom", looks at how the community is thriving today.
