As techs develop, human activities become large & complicated, making policies globalized while democratized.
When we master policies for some civilizational stage, next-gen techs for breaking the limits will be vital.
Repeating such cycles, wealth creation & distribution, human improvement & participation become crucial.
I hope the US leads the world also in advanced medicine cheaper, safer, and not against symptoms but causes.
