What Is ASMR?

I fall into the "I hate ASMR" camp. I'd take a live recording of the ocean over this person's creepy whispers and scratching noises.

A lot of ASMR is pointless or irritating. That said there's some relaxing ASMR out there. It might not be officially ASMR but Bob Ross will relax the hell out of me.

I despise it. Binaural beats were a cool concept, but i don't really care for that either. I just turn the fan on in my room and that's all the white noise i need, thank you.

I'm more of a fan of the male ASMRtists. Not saying females are bad at it, it's just that a deeper less whispery male voice feels more relaxing to listen to. Most of the real whispery stuff is too shrill for my ears

We all have our favorite! I’m relatively new to asmr and I really only listen to Sarah lavender she relaxes me and calms me down to a bowl of jelly! Others I just can’t get into much at all
