How to turn a scuffed pair of old shoes into a cute brand-new pair!

You'll need:
UHU Glue
Stretchy polyester knit fabric
Scissors
Fabric Rotary Cutter

Love it; Miss this Craft. During 60' s and 70' s my mother would have Cobbler's in our area cover her shoes and handbag to match or coordinate with her coat or outfit.
