Whoever put together music and sound for this trailer is a genius. EDIT : people underestimate the power of music in movies. It can make or break a movie.

I'm so excited to see Togo getting a more widespread recognition. For anyone who may not know Leorhard Sepalla and Togo's team ran the longest and most arduous portion of The 1925 Serum Run to Nome. He is often not the name you'll recognize though because Gunnar Kaasan and Balto ran the last leg and Balto ended up with the most credit. Balto ended up almost instantly with articles, a statue, celebrations and hero status while all the other sled teams (not just Togo's) were somewhat ignored. Leonhard even said back then that he was upset with how he felt Togo wasn't even celebrated at even an equivalent level. There was definitely a lot of resentment towards Balto and Kaasan from the others. Leonhard himself also didn't get widespread recognition from Nome until decades after the run.

What I love is that the dog portraying Togo is not only a Seppela Siberian, but also a direct descendant of the real Togo. It’s like looking at him for real.

This is actually the dog that did the longest part of the trip, Balto just did the end although still amazing how two leading dogs made this.

This is Togo’s Moment to shine, but every single other dog involved in this mission, even the ones who weren’t lead dogs, did something miraculous. They all deserve our praise and gratitude and are the goodest boys of the good boys. So is Balto, you can’t blame him for humans trying to capitalize off of him.

While everyone in the comments is praising togo and hating balto (and not even mentioning the rest of the mushers)
You all know togo and seppala covered the greatest distance in the serum run (261 miles total).
Now its my turn to tell you guys something you dont know.

Balto and kaasen, ran 110 miles (not the average of 30)
at night, Kaasen slipped in a turn and flipped his sled upside down. He lost his package of
antitoxin and spend hours groping around in the dark looking for the medicine.

Another musher, Bill shanon (nenana to tolovana), did not cover a very great distance,
but boy it was the most INTENSE route there was. the temperature dropped to -62°F.
Blood was dripping out some dogs mouths because of the intense cold and fatigue.
Bill was suffering from serious frostbite but did everything he could to make it to the target.
3 of his dogs died days later of their wounds. Togo and his pack had the luck to live out there lives.

in my opininion, every musher should be praised for what they have done.
Because, if only 1 of them failed, the serum would not have made it to Nome.

The reality is sad. People now make the same fault again like in 1925... praising 1 dog...togo.
togo was great indeed...he ran the greatest distance.
But its all about the rest of the mushers who where not even mentioned.

Edit: distance error fixed

Togo was forgotten and Balto earned all the credit, even though Togo ran the most miles.

Every single dog and mushere that participed in that race deserves praise. 🙏 Not only Togo and Balto - they were both absolutely amazing, but a lead dog can't do this alone. Every dog on these teams, pullede out their hearts to save these children. Every single one. ♥️

“Got one more in you, pup?” Their expressions 😭 I am so over the moon to see this, it’s about time. My heart goes out to the spirit of Togo, the spirit of Balto and the spirits of all the dogs who made the journey possible. Togo was twelve years old and his team ran roughly 260 miles, much further than any other team, through insanely brutal weather. The fortitude of sled dogs is so incredibly soul moving.

This is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. In the end I was literally crying 😭. Seeing the dog’s love and loyalty towards his master.
*I’ve never seen that kind of love which Togo showed towards his family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️*
That was purely unconditional. And people says we Humans don’t deserve dogs (or other animals ) but I think we actually deserves them we deserve to be loved most by these animals because we sometimes ourselves do not care about our own people and don’t love them like these animals do to us. We should learn from them and should also share that kind of bond with them and every other being. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
