Started my portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up (22.25%) and VUG is up (39.62%). Thanks for the education!

Dividends are dope. Personally, I sometimes use my dividends to buy other dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same stock. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you’re investing in the first place and that’s what’s important. Salute for the content!

I must say you are an inspiration because I started up investing and trading as a scared investor who doesn’t want to lose money, glad to say I’m very profitable now and bought my first house through it

Impressive video. I started a bit late (graduated from my doctorate program at age 30 in 2016 with 170k in school loan debt). Managed to pay off my debt by 2019 and currently have a house and 250k total in investments (combo of profit share, 401k and a brokerage account). I'm not very knowledgeable in investing, so I just have my investing currently in index funds mainly voo, but have been putting a lot into schd the past few months. I dunno if that's the optimal strategy, but psychologically it is very set it and forget it, and prevents me from obsessing over individual stock performance.

My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.

Build a diverse portfolio that keeps you motivated, never get comfortable there's always more, Speed up the process where possible: i'm all for dividends and i DRIP into etfs (ARKW, VOO, VXUS, IVV) and company stocks. After my first million I realized that when a stock starts booming chances of you finding out means you are quite late to the party, for this I make sure my CFA handles that, ever grateful to Anna Rounds Fay.it's like turning your notifications to earn more millions.

I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.

Good video! Well, I'm so happy that I made the best decisions by making a good investment. Recently, I was able to acquire my third house even at my age and I believe that if things continue well, I will retire early

BTC can disregard techincals when in a bull, did that in 2020 when it crossed previous ATH... stayed there a few weeks and continued pumping like crazy to 60k. Also, there is one constant... when around 90 on monthly RSI, the end is near. And don't expect crazy price targets of 500k... expect around 100k at most and be happy if there's more after that. If you believe big boys and CEO's of big invesment firms saying targets like 1M this cycle.. you deserve to be their exit liquidity..It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3B'tc to a decent 21B'tc in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

It's like some stocks are flying under the radar despite their potential. It makes you wonder when the market will catch on to their true value. how can I invest $100K smartly to secure my future?

I'm favoured, $60k every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also
support God's work and the church. God bless America.

There are no guarantees in life, but I can guarantee you that SCHD will not give you near 11% CAGR for dividends. It will be much lower. Nice video, though. I enjoyed it.

Dividends from SCHD are typically taxed at the qualified dividend rate, which may be lower than ordinary income tax rates for many investors. However, the main focus for markets now is Nvidia, which has powered a large chunk of the S&P 500’s recent earnings. Nvidia’s stock, up more than 90% this year, rose 2.5% in New York on Monday, sending the Nasdaq 100 index to another record high. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

I put 20k in SCHD last week. Gonna let it sit right there and add to it monthly. Playing the long game folks…
