Steve Durham - Louis Tomlinson - Tour Kit Rundown

Modern Drummer met up with Steve Durham, drummer and musical director for the Louis Tomlinson Faith in the Future World Tour. Steve gave us an in-depth look at his Gretsch USA Custom drums and spoke a bit about his early influences, career, and the Louis Tomlinson gig. The rundown took place at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL in 2023.

Yo Protection Racket makes some killer soft cases! The bass drum case I have is technically a soft case but it’s got a hard plastic middle layer, and it’s fo sheep skin lined… Plus it’s a 22x20 case which is the size of my bass drum, and I believe they where one of only a couple bass drum cases I could find in that size. There stuff is quality stuff…
