Health Canada is expected to approve the first COVID-19 vaccines later this week. Working out the delivery plan is like piecing together a jigsaw puzzle involving the federal government, the provinces, and the manufacturers. Mike Drolet looks at how Canada's vaccine rollout is coming together.

Administering the vaccines once they are delivered is up to the provinces and territories and they're developing plans and priorities based on their populations. David Akin explains what we know about that at this point in time.

Some People who work in big grocery stores handling food and coming in contact with customers ARE infected with COVID-19 and HAVE TESTED POSITIVE are being sent home in a delayed fashion ( they show symptoms at work ). Then they are told by their manager to COME BACK to work very soon STILL with the VIRUS.
Even some of the managers have the COVID-19 disease.
Why are they not told to stay home UNTIL they TEST NEGATIVE. Then they can come back to work.

Because of their disrespect and lack of safety and care of their customers they continue to infect others.
They have symptoms like continual diarrhea with headaches or fever. Some are infected in their lungs as young a twenty years old.
One young man infected his own family member.
One such store is Longos in Mississauga on Ponytail Drive.
The store should take action if our government doesn’t. They should ALL test negative before they come back to work.

As someone who used to work for the company that supplies majority of the freezers required to safely store the vaccine, I am wondering why they don’t send some around to the LTC homes and complete the vaccinations on all that want them rather than having high risk residents wait to be moved to an alternate location. When it’s been distributed, simply relocate the freezer and do it again at the next home.. 🤔

Good to hear that it will be an extremely long process! Also shocking that the government thinks all people working in long term care homes wants the vaccine. I worked in one until I resigned a couple weeks ago. Along with many of my colleagues, we do not want the vaccine. I anticipate a staffing crisis in long term care over the coming months as staff continue to resign. Good luck government.

The "priority" roll out plan in Canada is....
1st. Ontario b/c Ottawa is based there & they think Ontarians are more important than the rest of Canada.
2nd. Quebec b/c if we don't give it to them quickly they'll cry & start demanding to separate from Canada again.
3rd. Atlantic Provinces b/c 30% of Ontario's population are economic refugees from there & they will demand their families they left behind should get it quickly.
4th. Western Canadians. (BC, ALB, Sask, Man)
5th. Northern Territories last b/c they're a bunch of seal slaughtering eskimos.

I don't understand why are we vaccinating perfectly healthy young people on reservations while seniors are left to isolate in their homes and pray for vaccination. Am i missing something? thanks ...

Also I'm not being forced to take this which was and is a concern for many people. I trust nature's ability nothing untested and scrutinized enough is safe I'd rather eat uncooked chicken.
